From Clearing UPSC to Clearing the Noise.

Hi, I'm Dr. Mithun Bhoyar.

I come from a humble background where becoming a doctor felt like the highest achievement. But while working as a medical officer in a remote tribal posting, I found myself driven by curiosity — about systems, people, and the deeper levers of change.

That curiosity led me to prepare for the UPSC Civil Services Exam without formal coaching. I cleared it in my first attempt with an All India Rank of 962 — not enough for the IAS, but more than enough to change my lens on life.

I moved into radiology, but UPSC never quite left me. I stayed in touch with aspirants, mentored a few informally, and observed how deeply the process affects one’s sense of worth, purpose, and clarity.

Meanwhile, I pursued a certification in Financial Valuation, Risk & Analysis (FVR – Hero Vired), which exposed me to probabilistic thinking, decision-making under uncertainty, and systems theory.

ReSchoolEd is where I integrate all of this — not to coach, but to offer grounded tools, mindsets, and clarity to those navigating the UPSC journey… or stepping beyond it with grace.
